ESTORE a child is program designed to provide clean water, free education, housing, medical care, and food for children in countries where these needs are not being met due to abject poverty.
In Chad, Congo, Haiti, Kenya and Tanzania, clean water has been provided by wells dug. Free education is offered so no child is left behind. Starting in the wake of the tsunami in 2004, Restore a Child supports 250 children in seven homes in Indonesia. For many years Restore a Child has partnered with Dr. Richard Hart, to provide medical care and nutrition to thousands of sick children. Since you ate your last meal, as many as 20,000 children died from hunger. Restore a Child food programs are keeping thousands of them alive. Norma Nashed, president, has for sixteen years provided quality leadership by her unselfish giving to orphans and the needy.

You can get involved by participating in the Do fast. It is a 24-hour annual fast that falls in early November. The Do Fast is a partnership between Restore a Child and the North American Division Office of Education, Ministerial Department, and Youth Department.
